 Returns at High Rank Apparel is easy! If it’s an exchange or store credit, we’ll even pay for return shipping!

 

Store Credit/Exchange:

Fill out the form below and select “Return for Credit."  Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll send you a gift card code that you can use for your next purchase.  If you need your exchange urgently, just drop us an email and we’ll take care of you.

 

Refunds:

Fill out the form below and select “Refund.”  Once we receive and inspect your return, you can expect to receive a refund within 2 weeks.  It will probably be faster, but our accounting team is small and wears a lot of hats.

 

Sale items:

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
